I bought this primarily to address snoring and persistent neck stiffness. I had previously tried anti-snore mouthpieces, but they caused jaw soreness and were too uncomfortable to sleep with. The pillow took about 48 hours to get used to because the ergonomic groove locks your head and neck into alignment rather than letting you sink flat. Once I adapted, my airway felt clearer sleeping on my side and back, and I wasn't tossing and turning constantly to readjust the filling.
Took just over a week to arrive internationally. The pillow is comfortable, well-stitched, and definitely helped cut down on snoring when sleeping on the side. My only critique is that shipping made it a bit pricey, but the pillow itself does what it claims.
