My husband and I ordered two of these because we have completely different preferences when it comes to pillows. I like something very soft and cozy, while he wants enough support without feeling like his head is being pushed forward. Surprisingly, we both love them. The pillow feels plush and cloud-like when you first lie down, but the individual sections prevent the filling from shifting or bunching together. My husband also tends to sleep warm and says this one feels noticeably cooler than his old pillow. We’re both sleeping more comfortably and haven’t gone back to our previous pillows since they arrived.
