I ordered two, one for my husband and I. I think it helps a lot with the snoring. I would like it better if the indented area on the pillow where you lay down was wider. You just have a small section where you can lay your head. I also find that the pillow sleeps warm and the option of turning it over to the cool side isn't there because of the design. The pillow is fine and seemed to solve some of the snoring issues but I'm not sure I would order it again because of the things I mentioned.

We have have been using these pillows for a few weeks now. When i’m tossing and turning while my wife is already asleep, her snoring is nowhere near as loud as it was before. As for me and my snoring… I stopped using my apnea machine, and my wife isn’t complaing to me about it. I Cant stand that ridiculous iron lung contraption. (This is My opinion, no science to backup). I think the pillow does something positive because i am able to sleep all night with one pee break (i fall back asleep) and am managing 7+ hours of sleep.
